Each card contains a unique mental skill, exercise or approach with an explanation, example and exercise. These exercises can range from challenges, thinking approaches and visualisations.

The QR code on each card pulls up a short video, further explaining each of the cards. Experiment with the cards and keep the ones you like to eventually build up your personalised deck for an optimal mindset and performance.

These cards have been designed for sportspeople of all ages, abilities and sports. Sport Psychology is most effective when it's simple so these cards will work for anyone looking to optimise their sport performance.

Cards are made in the UK and despatched the next working day on a RM48 service, so UK customers can expect to receive the cards in 2-3 working days. International shipping will take longer.

We’re happy to accept returns within 28 days of your order being dispatched. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the shrink wrap still sealed. Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage to ensure your return arrives safely. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact your shipping provider directly, as we can only issue refunds once your return has been successfully delivered.
